We’ve had a wonderful experience at Arbors of Brookdale, especially working with Molly as our main point of contact. She has always been incredibly kind, communicative, and helpful, and she truly goes above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of. She has also always been super warm and friendly with my children too, which means a lot. The staff overall has been welcoming and professional, and we really appreciate the positive experience.

I have lived here for a little over 6 years and I can confidently say this is the best apartment I've ever lived at. My view overlooking the pond is amazing. The office staff is professional and actually cares about their residents. Any issues are resolved immediately when I submit a maintenance request and the team is great and respectable. I love using the gym, hot tub and sauna with a indoor pool year round and enjoying the outdoor pool during the summer. Would recommend anyone looking to move to the Chicago suburbs/Naperville area.
