I have lived here for a little over 6 years and I can confidently say this is the best apartment I've ever lived at. My view overlooking the pond is amazing. The office staff is professional and actually cares about their residents. Any issues are resolved immediately when I submit a maintenance request and the team is great and respectable. I love using the gym, hot tub and sauna with a indoor pool year round and enjoying the outdoor pool during the summer. Would recommend anyone looking to move to the Chicago suburbs/Naperville area.

I am overly impressed with how timely and efficient the maintenance staff are here at Arbors of Brookdale. We had a patio utility door lock that needed fixing and it was addressed within 12-14 hours on a holiday weekend. Thank you so much!
