APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Naperville

My S.O. and I lived here for nearly 2 years and it was bittersweet to leave. The apartments are wonderful. We had an upgraded unit on the 2nd level in the back of the all the buildings, which allowed for seclusion and great amenities inside the apartment. It is set with an Ecobee (wifi thermostat), shaker cabinets, stainless steel, and ours had private stairs leading to our 2 bedroom. Aside from early 2020 due to COVID, they would host fun theme parties. We didn't attend all, but the ones we did were very nice and well done. They also occasionally do yoga and have great activities for kids. The pool(s) were also always clean (lots of kids, but it's a pool), and the park and bbq area was a nice space that you could rent for a get together. Very kid and pet friendly too and is in the Naperville school district. It probably sounds like this is too good to be true, but aside from the normal wear and tear of a rental, this apt community went above and beyond. Worth the rent, which is hard to say about many places.

The entire staff is always so welcoming anytime I stop by in the office. Beautiful property!!!

Me and my wife have called Arbors "Home" for over an year as we prepare to renew our lease next month. Leasing rates are very competitive. Move-in condition was excellent - clean & all appliances in working order. The office staffs are always ready to respond to requests and I have found them invariably pleasant. I love that staffs keeping the residents informed through newsletters and regular emails. They also host social gatherings which are fun to attend as residents of the community. Maintenance staff is super quick to fix any work order and to clean up the snow as well keeping the community looking spectacular. Indoor pool and hot tub are awesome during winter. Fitness center is equipped with precor equipments. There is an ample guest parking around the buildings. Private entrances which are very uncommon in Chicago area make it feel like a townhouse than an apartment. Really glad we decided to move here, we don't see us leaving anytime soon.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost two years now and are about to renew our lease. Arbors is a great place to live and I highly recommend it! The neighborhood is clean and friendly, the leasing office team is always on it and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Maintenance always shows up fast and they do a great job of fixing any problem you have. They are very pet friendly! The pool area is really nice in the summertime and the leasing office posts monthly events like cookouts, movie nights, etc which helps you feel like you’re part of a community. There are a lot of families that live here and it is generally a quiet neighborhood and very safe!

My husband and I have lived at The Arbors for almost 2 years now!! We truly enjoy it, we love our private entrances that we can decorate however we want...

My parents been here 16 years I been here going on 4 years, it's so great like living in A resort, the staff is great, the property well kept up. Anything that breaks there on it immediately.

I recently moved in here and this is an amazing place to live.. everything is close by, at max 3 mile radius. Love the place, the staff and apartments.
