The best apartment complex in Naperville! We lived here for 8 years and loved everything about it. Management and maintenance is extremely nice and helpful. Lisa and Paige were fantastic over the years! The gym, pool and outdoor areas are well-kept and clean. The community and neighborhood are great and very dog friendly! There is nothing bad to say about Arbors of Brookdale and I highly recommend it!

We really enjoy living at arbors. Maintenance is awesome and they hold different community activities every month. They recently updated the landscaping and it looks great, definitely a place you can be happy to have others come over and see. Only thing I'm hoping improves is the dog park, it's just gravel, which my dogs hate to walk on and they can't run and play there.

I love living here. The office and maintenence staff are always helpful and kind. My apartments cozy and quiet, a great place to call home.

First time in years I'm totally happy living somewhere. Wonderful staff, well maintained community and very responsive maintenence staff. So happy we found the Arbors!

I just want to write and commend the staff and landscapers for the improvements to the grounds they have been working on this year. As a long time homeowner, it is not lost on me the amount of work and the cost of the new plantings and especially the stone walls installed outside my building, 1321. It really solved the problem of ground erosion very well. Also, they have been diligently watering and caring for the new plantings during this summer drought, which is not easy. It would be such a waste to lose all those plants, and they all appear to be doing well. One of the reasons I moved into a rental was I am tired of caring for and worrying about my yard, so its been interesting for me to watch them work, and I just would like to say I appreciate it, GOOD JOB!

I've been here since March and can say it does live up to the expectations! The maintenance team and the office team have all been great! Everyone seems to truly care and are quick to act if you need anything. The grounds are very well maintained and the community feels incredibly safe.

Molly and Savannah in the office were absolutely wonderful to work with and responded to questions quickly prior and during move in. The apartments feel like home, a quiet and serene community. Love hearing the fountain when I walk out my front door.
