My husband and I lived here for around 1 year and we LOVED it. Honestly, we had to relocate and all I can think about is how much I miss Arbors. The units are spacious, well-maintenance, updated, and gorgeous. The office staff were always kind, quick, and helpful. I always felt safe here and would move back in a heartbeat.
Just to help with decision-making for some, there were a few cons. We were near the front entrance near Raymond and the traffic noise was quite loud at times. It was also near where the maintenance garage was and the gators/trucks they drove to get around could be loud going in and out all day (I worked from home). So if youâre bothered by noise, I would choose a unit further in. Also, while parking is free, sometimes there werenât spots available in front of our building and we had to park further down or in the leasing office parking lot (mostly just annoying when it was cold or if I had groceries).
Overall though, I loved living hear and will continue to compare any future apartments by this standard. Thanks Arbors!
