Maintenance crew is always so quick to respond to a call. Today was no different. Note, this was not an emergency, just ordinary stuff. Roberto arrived within a half hour of my call, assessed what needed to be done and had everything completed well within an hour. I am constantly reminded that I should have moved here years ago!

We were looking at apartments in Naperville and surrounding communities (Wheaton, Lisle, Downers Grove) for a few months; and, viewed thirty-two options! While there were many pros and cons to various apartment communities, Arbors of Brookdale hit every mark. The key deciding factor was Kayla. It's very important when moving from a home and community into an apartment to have the feeling that you have "neighbors" that will be looking out for you. Kayla walked us through the process step by step; and, her level of care for the residents was apparent in every encounter both with us; and, with other residents who came through during our chats. There was never any issue - big or small - that she didn't immediately document and provide guidance on. All with a smile! Of the many communities we had to choose from, we selected Arbors of Brookdale because of Kayla's outstanding support and positive attitude.

My fiancé and I moved into Arbors and WOW are we impressed!! We spent a lot of time apartment hunting in the area, and Kayla was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and helping us find what we were looking for. Now that we’ve been living here for a bit, we are beyond impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment upon move in, the timeliness and care of the staff, and the friendliness of our neighbors. This is truly a great complex and we are so happy to call Arbors our home!
