I honestly cannot say enough good things about living here at Arbors of Brookdale. Our community here is amazing and the staff are the best I have ever encountered. They did so much for me and my dog to get the perfect apartment unit for us and we could not possibly be happier! It is safe, beautiful, well-run and maintained, and just plain lovely to live here. This is truly our home sweet home!

We lived at Arbors of Brookdale for over 3 years and had an overall wonderful experience. Our unit had been recently renovated and the amenities were very nice. The apartments are conveniently located about a 10 minute drive from Downtown Naperville, and there are plenty of trails and sidewalks nearby for biking or walks. Very family friendly complex as we met many families during our time there. Finally, the thing we appreciated the most was the timely and reliable maintenance team. Whenever we had an issue, they were quick to follow up on requests, giving us peace of mind. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to rent in the Naperville area!

Office staff, Savannah and Molly are always nice and helpful, made my moving in a breeze. Property well kept and in a great community. The apartment is very spacious, very clean and appliances are modern. I would recommend.

The process of moving and relocating to a different State can often be accompanied by significant stress and various challenges. A lot of that was alleviated for me and I would like to express my gratitude to Savannah. Her unwavering professionalism, kindness, and exceptional communication skills greatly facilitated my transition to the community. Savannah consistently provided prompt and thorough responses to all of my inquiries, demonstrating a proactive approach without any hesitation. Even after relocating and living here, I greatly appreciate how dedicated she is and the continued consistency of her support. The neighborhood displays a remarkable aesthetic appeal. I was impressed by my apartment, especially after never seeing it prior to moving. I really enjoy the current environment I find myself in. I have no complaints regarding my current living experience, and I highly recommend others to consider exploring this location as a potential place to reside.

My faucet hose sprung a leak today with water flowing out of my sink cabinet, so I called Maintenance line ASAP (on Saturday) and Jeremiah was sent to me right away and he knew the problem immediately and replaced the faucet hose aparatus. It took very little time and he was very professional, efficient and friendly as usual. Happy with the response and helpful attitude!

I am very grateful for The Arbors' office staff patience, friendliness and responsiveness with my move-in process 2 weeks ago (particularly worked with Savannah, but Molly and Priscilla also great). They actually worked with me weekly prior to the move because my house Closing date changed several times and they relieved a lot of my worry about the timing. They genuinely showed care and empathy with my stress level. I have a short list for Maintenance and I have the same confidence they'll be just as responsive. Love the pool and hot tub!!! Great perks.
